What is Freeslot?
Freeslot is a scheduling product that turns your calendar availability into a booking page. Share a link, let people pick a time that fits your free slots, and keep your calendar in sync - without the back-and-forth.
How do I create a booking page?
Sign up, then go to Pages and create a new page. Choose a title, duration, and availability rules, connect a destination calendar if you want, and publish when you’re ready. Pages can stay as drafts, go inactive, or be archived. You’ll get a public link you can share anywhere - and you can live-preview or clone an existing page when you need a starting point.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes a booking page and a calendar connection so you can try Freeslot with real bookings. Paid plans unlock more pages, calendars, branding, and team features.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and use the free plan without entering a card. Add payment only when you upgrade.
Which calendars can I connect?
Freeslot supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / Office 365, and Zoho Calendar. You can also sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Zoho. Each booking page can write to a destination calendar you choose. Connecting more than one calendar lets Freeslot check busy times across them so guests only see real free slots.
How does availability work?
You set weekly hours, buffers, minimum notice, how far ahead guests can book, blackout dates, and per-date hour overrides for one-off days. You can also copy availability from another page. On higher plans you can block specific emails or whole domains. Freeslot combines those rules with your connected calendar so guests only see times you’re actually free.
What is a buffer, and why would I use one?
A buffer is padding before or after a meeting. Use it for prep, travel, or a short break so bookings can’t land back-to-back.
Can guests book in their own time zone?
Yes. Booking pages detect the guest’s time zone and show slots in local time, while your calendar stays in yours. No manual conversion needed.
What’s the difference between one-on-one, group sessions, and series?
One-on-one is a single guest per slot. Group sessions allow multiple guests on the same slot with a capacity limit - you manage attendees and seats from the page. Series are recurring class-style sessions on a fixed schedule where people enroll for the whole run or remaining dates; you can cancel a single session or a whole day when needed.
Can I embed a booking page on my website?
Yes. Paid plans include embed options so guests can book without leaving your site. Copy the embed snippet from the page settings and paste it into your site builder or CMS.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
On higher plans you can host booking pages on a custom domain, send confirmations from your own From address, apply your brand colors, and hide pages from search engines when a link should stay private.
What happens after someone books?
Both you and the guest get a confirmation with the details. If a calendar is connected, the event is written there. In Bookings you can search and filter by status, page type, and time, then cancel or mark no-shows from the list or calendar view.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open Bookings in your workspace, find the meeting, and cancel it from there - or mark a no-show. Guests are notified. They can also cancel themselves from the manage link in their confirmation email. For rescheduling, cancel the old slot and have them book a new time, or share your page link again.
What are teams and host routing?
Teams let multiple hosts share booking pages. Routing decides who gets the meeting - fair rotation, priority, collective (every assigned host free), or let the guest choose - so one link can serve the whole group without manual assignment. Routing applies to One-on-One pages today.
Can I belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. If you’re a member of more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the app to move between them. Each workspace has its own pages, team, and billing.
How do I invite teammates?
From the Team area, create an invite with their email. The invite link is copied when you create it - send it to them so they can join your workspace with the right role.
What roles are available?
Owners and admins manage workspace settings, invites, and routing. Hosts manage their own calendar and the pages they’re assigned to. Permissions keep control where it belongs without opening everything up.
How do I see who is getting booked most?
Use Assignments under Team. Filter by date, team, or page, then open Distribution to see each host’s share of confirmed bookings and spot load imbalance early.
How do billing and upgrades work?
Choose Monthly or Yearly on the pricing page, pick a plan, and upgrade from your account. You can change or cancel later. Limits (pages, calendars, seats) match the plan you’re on. Invoice history and PDF receipts live under Plan & billing in your profile.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard practices to protect accounts and calendar connections. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how information is collected and used.
